Terms of Service
Last updated: August 29, 2026中文版
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of JustOne Connector (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the justoneconnector.com website, the dashboard, and the MCP endpoint (together, the “Service”). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.
How we handle your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy (/en/privacy), which forms part of these Terms.
1. The Service
JustOne Connector is a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector that provides tool-calling capabilities to AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor, as well as to your own programs, including: querying public data from third-party platforms, AI model chat and model committees, image/video generation, and web search and page fetching. All capabilities are metered in credits, and every tool result reports the credits consumed by that call.
2. Accounts and Security
- You sign up and sign in with an email one-time code or a third-party account (where enabled), and you must provide accurate information.
- Your account and API keys (prefixed jc_sk_) are for use by you and your own programs only and may not be shared, rented, or transferred. Keep them safe: credit consumption and losses caused by failing to protect them are your responsibility.
- If your account or an API key is compromised, delete the key in the dashboard immediately and contact us.
3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing
- The Service offers Free, Starter, Pro, Max, and Ultra plans, priced in USD and billed through Stripe.
- Each plan grants a fixed number of credits per month. Credits reset monthly, do not accumulate, and do not roll over; unused credits are not convertible to cash and are non-refundable. On annual subscriptions, credits are granted month by month.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription in the dashboard at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription ends at the close of the current paid period, and you may continue to use remaining credits until then.
- The Service is currently in Beta; plan pricing and features are subject to change.
- We may change plan pricing and contents and will give reasonable notice before doing so.
- Users on a paid plan can purchase one-time credit top-ups. Top-up credits are not cleared by the monthly reset and are spent after the monthly allowance; they remain valid for 12 months from the most recent top-up (a new top-up extends all unused top-up credits to a fresh 12-month window), after which any unused remainder expires without refund or cash value.
- Promotions and discounts are as shown at checkout.
4. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, including unused credits within a charged period. Exceptions: where a refund is required by applicable law, or where a duplicate or erroneous charge was caused by an error on our side. To request a refund, contact support@justoneconnector.com or raise it through your payment provider.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you must not:
- engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- circumvent or interfere with billing, rate limiting, or security mechanisms;
- share, resell, or otherwise provide your account or API access to third parties;
- resell or redistribute in bulk the raw data obtained through the data and search tools, or use it to build a competing data service;
- use obtained data to harass, discriminate against, or surveil others, or process personal information contained in it in violation of applicable law;
- generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, pornographic, or violent content.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Third-Party Data and Platform Compliance
Content returned by the data and search tools originates from third-party platforms such as Taobao, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and from public web pages (including commercial data such as influencer rate cards), supplied by upstream data providers. We relay this content “as is” and make no guarantee of its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and we are not responsible for its contents.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of such data complies with the terms of the relevant platforms and with the laws of your jurisdiction (including personal-information and data-protection laws). Any disputes or liability arising from your use are yours alone.
7. AI-Generated Content
- AI chat and generation results are produced by third-party models and may be inaccurate, outdated, or biased. They do not constitute professional advice (including legal, medical, or financial advice); verify before relying on them.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law and the upstream model providers' terms, you own the prompts you submit and the corresponding generated content, and you grant us the license necessary to provide, store, and display the Service.
- You are responsible for your use of generated content and its compliance. Generated images/videos are stored at publicly accessible links — see the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to and Suspension of the Service
The Service depends on multiple upstream providers. We may add, change, or retire tools, models, or data endpoints, and will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material changes. Accounts suspended or terminated for violating these Terms are not compensated for remaining credits.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation); we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service; and our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date above; material changes will be announced on the website. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
The formation, validity, and interpretation of these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. Disputes arising from these Terms should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in the operator's place of registration.
